Rapstraps take an old idea and improve on it dramatically creating a product so handy around home and garden you'll be challenged to find anything better !

And by old ideas I'm referring to cable ties which have been around for decades but you'd probably never use them on plants as they are very harsh on the things they bind and can only be used once.

Rapstraps on the other hand are made of soft, flexible and elasticated plastic and this means that the tie is much more gentle, especially on plant stems and they can be easily un-tied by feeding the leading tip back through the hole.

When it comes to staking plants they have to be the first choice, being even better than hessian or gardeners jute string (which has no give in it).   

But the key to its superb value is you can use them over and over again as you can quite simply just undo them to use again.

But Rapstraps are useful around the home as well as the garden as just about anything that needs securing can be bound by a rapstrap. 

I'm talking about electric cables in particular - and you can make multiple loops out of one strip so one loop for the cable and another to hang it up.

One strip of Rapstrap can be easily cut so one strip can make many smaller ties.

Rapstraps have to be one of the handiest products you'll find for home and garden and at around 20c per strip they can be great value too.
