Encourage the use of recyclable/reusable materials - both in the products we sell and the packaging we use.
Increase in the recycling of any materials that can be re-purposed ESPECIALLY through composting.
Encourage everyone to reduce their carbon footprint through growing your own vegetables, fruits and edible plants where possible and coming up with interesting new ways to get around your situation if you can’‘t have a full blown veggie patch or don’‘t have lots of space.
Encourage the use of organic gardening techniques while minimising the use of chemicals that can have unwanted side-effects (and where chemicals are used we aim to educate to ensure they are used in the most efficient and least-harmful ways.
Minimise or cease the use of unnecessary plastics or other materials that do not biodegrade in short periods of time.
Encourage the use of natural energies such as wind and solar and also the reduction of fossil fuels through use of alternative approaches including Electric cars. Our Head Office is powered by the sun and business journeys are made in an Electric Vehicle.
Encourage the use of water saving measures through the use of tanks, efficient watering practices and education.
