Payment
GardensOnline accepts payments through a variety of transaction services which are all aggregated into one payment interface by Braintree (a division of PayPal). This ensures the customer has the smoothest and easiest experience while enjoying increased security safeguards. Your credit card details are not revealed to GardensOnline in the process, no information is recorded or retained.

- Bank Transfer: For those who prefer not to use the internet for transactions, GardensOnline offers the option to perform a direct bank transfer.
N.B. we do not offer payment by cheque as it is no longer economically viable.
Security
GardensOnline uses the highest 128bit security encryption - the best industry standard worldwide. Unlike some websites, GardensOnline is in permanent 'Secure’ mode - which is referred to as SSL - 'Secure Sockets Layer’ or TLS – ‘Transport Layer Security’. You will see a small icon of a padlock next to the URL which always starts with https - meaning it is in secure mode. This all means that everything is encrypted as soon as you hit the submit button so your personal information cannot be read by anyone who is unauthorised.
Once the transaction is approved (cleared) your order will be confirmed via email and a tracking number will be issued subsequently when the goods are despatched.
