All our plants, both native and exotic, are propagated and raised to at our associate growing nursery in Victoria.
We ship plants to all states of Australia except to Western Australia, Tasmania and all overseas locations – due to quarantine restrictions.
They are securely packed in ‘Plant-Packs’ created specifically for shipment of live plants, ensuring they remain secure during transit in order to arrive in the best possible condition.
Each plant pack can hold up to 18 plants. There is no minimum number of plants you can order, if you only require 1 or 2 that is fine (but we do encourage you to ensure best shipping value by purchasing a reasonable quantity in order to amortise shipping costs).

You may select many different varieties from Live Native Plants or Exotic Plants sections of the Garden Shop to make up your pack and of course you may order multiple packs if required.
All plants are prepared for shipping by soaking overnight to ensure they are adequately hydrated. Young plants tend to handle up to a week in transit without water quite well. Each tube is then wrapped in plastic to ensure the moist soil remains in place around the roots.
Orders are despatched on Mondays by Australia Post Plant Express. Due to the nature of the contents of each parcel, orders are only sent out when there are five full working days in that particular week. So, if there is public holiday on the Friday, for example, we will hold off shipping until the Monday of the next full working week. This is to avoid the plants getting stuck at the post depot over the weekend and stressing the plants.
