Nasturtiums

By:Val Glass

I have found Nasturtiums (Tropaeolum majus) to be very good to eat as well as look at. We often add the leaves and flowers to our salads. They are a bit peppery but very crisp and tasty. I'm told they are full of vitamin C and can also be a good relief for colds.
