Woody Pittosporums

By:Matt

Hi, I’ve been growing 3 pittosporums in 60cm pots and they’ve become rather woody in the lower half. I’m about to transplant them into the garden to form a hedge. With proper care can I expect the woody half to sprout new shoots and thicken up or is it a lost cause?
