Hail damage

By:Jono7777

My young fruit trees suffered extensive hail damage a few months ago, the worst being My reed Avo. It's put out alot of new growth over winter and since being stripped. It is missing about 50% cambium in some places. It is possible to save this tree for the long run or do I just cut my losses? TIA for any answers.
