Crepe Myrtle burnt leaves

Hi, I have a crepe myrtle in Adelaide that has some burnt leaves. I don’t think it’s a normal autumn browning. It’s not impacting the newer growth as much. Any idea what this is?
I’m watering twice a week on drippers.
