Looking for Mature Elm to Transplant

Our company is looking for an English or Dutch Elm - 200 to 250 mm in diameter. We wish to transplant it from its home to a large development in the Melbourne CBD.
Needs to be a great specimen and access for bobcat, machinery.
We can provide a payment for the right tree.
